The community of Shreveport-Bossier welcomes the spring season with a vibrant dining scene that is packed with events and dining experiences. Local restaurants kick off Easter Sunday on April 4 with all-you-can-eat mimosas and Bloody Marys, live music, specialty dishes and more.

1. Copeland’s of New Orleans
Customers can enjoy bottomless mimosas for $ 15 and brunch on Saturday or Sunday. Their brunch features “ear” resistant Easter bunny waffle dessert in addition to their standard brunch menu, which includes everything from omelets and Egg Benedict to seafood platters and chicken and waffles, and Moreover. Brunch will be served on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Flying Heart brasserie and pub
You can have brunch at the Flying Heart Brewing & Pub. Their brunch menu consists of various Stromboli dishes including ham and cheese, vegetables, carnitas, and more. Recently, they released their new mimosa flight, which includes four different juice flavors and champagne for $ 10. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are available. Brunch is served every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
3. Brunch 1925
Brunch 1925 is one of Shreveport’s newest family brunches, featuring live hip-hop performances, jazz music, and eclectic fare, such as Hennessy wings and waffles, Cajun shrimp bread, fish and oatmeal, Cap’n Crunch waffles, and more. The 1925 brunch takes place every Sunday at the Consortium Venue from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
4. Superior’s Steakhouse
Enjoy an upscale brunch experience at Superior’s Steakhouse. The brunch menu offers favorites like oatmeal and grills, chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, and more. Guests can enjoy a pianist and fishing bellinis in addition to mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. Brunch will be served on Easter Sunday from 11 am to 2:30 pm Reservation required.
5. El Cabo Verde
Plan a brunch session with your family and friends at El Cabo Verde. The menu consists of traditional Mexican cuisine with ingredients for breakfast and brunch, such as tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas, as well as French toast with strawberries and cream. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
6. The Hive
Experience a Soul Food Brunch at The Hive on Easter Sunday. This is a new restaurant located in Shreve City that offers a DJ, full bar and unlimited mimosas, as well as traditional brunches and Soul Food. The menu includes chicken, waffles, and omelets, as well as smothered pork chops, chicken spaghetti, and mac and cheese. Brunch is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Giuseppe’s is open every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
8. 2Johns Steak and Seafood
One of Bossier City’s best restaurants offers brunch on Easter Sunday with a specialty menu. You can dine on their quaint patio and courtyard for the ultimate spring experience. Brunch will be served Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mandatory reservation.
9. At Marilynn’s
Marilynn’s Place is a casual Cajun and Creole restaurant located in the historic Highland district of Shreveport, serving shrimp and oatmeal, po-boys, red bean and rice fritters, cookies and andouille sauce, and more again. Diners can enjoy ‘drink until you drown’ cocktails, which include Bloody Mary’s, mimosas, screwdrivers and more. Brunch at Marilyn’s Place takes place every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
10. Red River Brewery
Step into the Red River Brewpub for a casual Easter Sunday brunch. The brunch menu consists of everything from Eggs Benedict and chicken crackers and waffles, to traditional breakfast spreads and breakfast burgers. Brunch takes place every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
