Staff and residents at Hugh Myddelton House care home in Barchester in Enfield, London, had fun hiding bunnies and Easter eggs all over their garden for local children to find.

Residents and team members had a wonderful morning in the garden of Hugh Myddelton House when Anna and her group of local children joined them for an Easter egg hunt.

Everyone was delighted to see the children from the crèche as well as the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the residents running around and collecting the Easter eggs. The sun was shining which made the day even more glorious.

General Manager Ramona Stanciu said, “We all had so much fun, first hiding the eggs and the bunnies, then seeing the neighborhood kids.

“Our residents had a wonderful time and at the end they named the winners of the Easter Bunny Hunt and gave them special prizes. Of course all the kids were winners in our eyes.

Rosa, a resident, said: “I loved participating in the Easter bunny hunt, it was such a great idea and we were so happy to be able to give Easter surprises to all the children. I think the kids all had a great time too.
