The highly anticipated “Spider-Man: No Way Home” Trailer 2 was recently released, and several surprising clips were shown on said teaser.
However, MCU fans need to hold back their emotion since the trailer also showed that MJ could die in the movie.
J. Jonah Jameson is back!
As seen in Trailer 2 for “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” J. Jonah Jameson – played by JK Simmons – is one of the returning characters in the upcoming film, according to Screen Rant.
In the movie “Spider-Man: Far from Home”, Jonah Jameson made a surprise return to the franchise when his newspaper company Daily Bugle obtained information about Spider-Man’s secret identity.
Screen Rant is also hoping that the preview of Jameson in the “Spider-Man: No Way Home” trailer indicates that he will be established as a character in the MCU, possibly with Spider-Man confronting him about the subject. of the ruin of his life at one point.
For those unfamiliar with J. Jonah Jameson, Screen Rant has stated that he is a classic Stan Lee character, dating back to the first issue of Marvel’s “The Amazing Spider-Man” in 1963, with his signature brushed mustache. teeth, flat hairstyle and cigar always present.
Jameson is a key character in Marvel cinema and comic book narrative, and he has a difficult relationship with the hero, as he typically criticizes the web-slinger in various Daily Bugle media stories.

Doc. Ock Upgrade, New Green Goblin
Along with Jameson’s surprise return, the trailer also showed Doctor Octopus altered his arms. The color of Doctor Octopus’ enhanced arm suggests that his tentacles could have been developed from Stark technology, which is probably easier to obtain after Tony Stark’s death.
However, Trailer 2 for “Spider-Man: No Way Home” also hinted that Doc. Ock uses nanotechnology from Peter’s costume.
Apart from Doc. Upgrading Ock, it looks like Willem Dafoe will return as the Green Goblin as well, asserting himself as the most dangerous villain in the multiverse. Unlike other enemies, the Green Goblin doesn’t hesitate to attack the web-slinger’s relatives. Additionally, Norman Osborn seemed to be trying to get through Spider-Man’s thoughts in order to cheat on him.
Meanwhile, in Marvel’s comedic version, the Green Goblin was the one who persuaded Spider-Man’s foes to unite against him in the guise of the Sinister Six. This team is more likely to be true in “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.
Is MJ going to die?
“Spider-Man: No Way Home” Trailer 2 centered around Peter Parker’s connection with MJ, with Peter saying she was the only thing in his life that made him feel human. Because of this, it clearly showed the bond and the good relationship between them.
Sadly, the upcoming Spider-Man episode appears to end that connection.
The focus on the connection between Spider-Man and MJ is similar to the story of Peter and Gwen in “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”, and the hint of MJ’s death has become more evident as the trailer continues.
Spider-Man jumps to his aid in an attempt to save his life. It’s sort of the same as the death of Gwen Stacy in the comic book story titled “The Night Gwen Stacy Died”, as well as in the movie “Amazing Spider-Man”.
Despite the clips shown on the trailer, MCU fans should keep in mind that there is a possibility that it will be changed after its December 17th release.
