The Kitchen American Bistro (316 N Clark St, Chicago) will be open Sunday, April 17 and is now accepting reservations for Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their recently launched brunch menu features seasonal options including Belgian waffle with fresh strawberries, almond crumble and strawberry basil syrup; Freshly baked cruffin with pistachio pastry cream and honey whipped cream; and homemade brioche donuts with lime curd, torched meringue and cilantro graham crumble.

Seder dinner – $75, two nights for one or one night for two

  • 2 Gefilte fish with horseradish and beet mash, 1/2 lb chopped Goddess liver, 1/2 lb Charoset, 1 pint matzo chicken meatball soup, brisket with tzimmes, mashed potatoes, cabbage de Bruxelles, 2 slices of Matzo Kugel cheese, 2 macaroon chocolate dips

A la carte menu highlights:

  • Seder Plate – bitter herbs, charoset, roasted lamb bone, hard-boiled egg, parsley and lettuce served on a Seder plate $25

  • Braised beef brisket – wild mushrooms, shallot, red wine sauce $24 per pound

  • Vegetarian zucchini lasagna – zucchini “noodles”, eggplant, peppers, roasted tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella cheese $15

  • Matzo-crusted chicken cutlet – roasted tomato sauce $15

  • Gefilte fish carrots -16 oz, $7.50

  • Potato latkes – 3/$10, 6/$18

  • Za’atar Roasted Carrots 2-3/$10, 10-12/$40

  • Matzo Cheese Kugel – toasted almonds, granny smith apples $5/$25

  • Matzo S’mores cookie – marshmallow covered matzo, caramel, chocolate $4
